Kèr Māsvèlùj̼ (Māsvè /lʊj̼/ [song] [structure; system]) is a subtropical Town located in the Eyj̼íhrriq Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Kèr Māsvèlùj̼ is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Māsvèlùj̼ was founded by Izsrang Cox, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Māsvèlùj̼ was founded durring the late 12th century in winter of the year 1099, by Izsrang Cox. The establishment of Kèr Māsvèlùj̼ was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Izsrang Cox electing to pay people to resettle in Kèr Māsvèlùj̼.

Kèr Māsvèlùj̼ was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Māsvèlùj̼ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Kèr Māsvèlùj̼ is is constructed arround a series of restrictive split-log ties mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Kèr Māsvèlùj̼'s minimaly adiquite are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
